HISTORIC SCOTT JOPLIN HOUSEThe State of Missouri acquired the property owned by the legendary ragtime musician, Scott Joplin. The entire back wall of this historic building had fallen into ruin. Dan Milbourn Construction was selected to rebuild the wall not only to meet historical specifications/standards, but to restore the beauty and functionality of this (now) historic site and museum.

ST. LOUIS PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICTWhen the St. Louis Pubic School District was looking for someone to build flowerboxes at the front entrance of one of their schools. Beauty creates inspiration and inspired minds create change and prosperity.

ST. LOUIS PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICTThe existing concrete stairs were crumbling and in need of repair. The team at DMC can in, demolished the stairs and rebuilt them, but didn't stop there. New steel hand railings. were put in to complete the look and improve the façade.
